NOI BAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT T2 PASSENGER TERMINAL EXPANSION PROJECT INAUGURATED

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON 5 STATIONS, ACTIVATING THE STRATEGIC LAO CAI – HANOI - HAIPHONG RAILWAY

According to the Ministry of Construction, 234 projects nationwide met the conditions for groundbreaking, inauguration, or technical traffic opening, spanning 34 provinces and cities. Of these, 148 projects were launched, while 86 projects were inaugurated or opened to technical traffic.

On December 12, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors VACC organized a networking and cooperation program with the Seoul Construction Association of Korea SCAK , bringing together leaders of more than 30 major Korean construction groups, along with representatives of Vietnamese construction enterprises.

On December 8, 2025, at the headquarters of Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation VIWASEEN , the Ownership Transfer Conference between the State Capital Investment Corporation SCIC and Vietnam Construction and Import–Export Joint Stock Corporation VINACONEX was held in a formal atmosphere marked by consensus and mutual trust.
