The project to construct the grade-separated interchange between Ring Road 3.5 and Thang Long Boulevard An Khanh Commune was approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee, with a construction timeline scheduled for 2022-2026.
The Ring Road 4 project spans more than 112 km across Ha Biu, Hung Yen, and Bac Ninh, with a cross-section width ranging from 90 to 135 meters, six traffic lanes, and a total investment of VND 85,813 billion.
The ceremony welcomed the presence of representatives from the Hanoi People’s Committee, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the Party Committee - People’s Council - People’s Committee of Hoang Mai District, as well as leaders from various municipal departments and the administration of Yen So Ward.
