With the determination to expedite the construction progress of Package 09/TP2-XL, the Ring Road No. 4 – Hanoi capital region project to complete the Package at least 6 months ahead of schedule, on December 28, Vinaconex contractor held a launching ceremony for the competition.

On December 25, 2023 in Hanoi, the Supporting Fund for Talented Students of the Construction Course FSC in collaboration with Hanoi University of Civil Engineering HUCE held the CSC Award Ceremony 2023.
