On April 1, the Hanoi People's Committee convened a conference chaired by Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Quyen to grant the Investment Registration Certificate for the Dong Anh Industrial Park infrastructure development and business investment project in Dong Anh district.

That is the commitment of Vinaconex contractor at the inspection conducted on the morning of March 20 by Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Duy Lam and his working delegation.

On the morning of March 12, the National Assembly's supervision delegation, headed by Member of the Party Central Committee and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly NA Nguyen Duc Hai, conducted a field survey of the progress of the Ring Road 4 - Capital Region investment project.

On March 6th, the Corporation's working group led by Chairman Dao Ngoc of the Board of Directors visited the construction site of the 03-XL package under Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project phase 1 , section in Ha Giang province. On March 5, Transport Minister Nguyen Van Thang, accompanied by Party Central Committee members, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Hai Ninh, and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam, inspected the Van Phong - Nha Trang Expressway Project.

On February 13, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and leaders from various central and Dong Nai provincial ministries and departments, inspected the Long Thanh airport project.
