Ngày 19/12/2025, tại tỉnh Lào Cai, Phó Thủ tướng Bùi Thanh Sơn đã dự Lễ khởi công Dự án thành phần 1 thuộc Dự án đầu tư xây dựng tuyến đường sắt Lào Cai - Hà Nội - Hải Phòng.

According to the Ministry of Construction, 234 projects nationwide met the conditions for groundbreaking, inauguration, or technical traffic opening, spanning 34 provinces and cities. Of these, 148 projects were launched, while 86 projects were inaugurated or opened to technical traffic.
