On November 11, 2023, the Brand and Occupational Safety Department (Construction Board – Vinaconex Corporation) collaborated with the National Center for Occupational Safety & Health under the Department of Work Safety, to conduct a training course and distribute certificates for “Occupational Safety and Hygiene under Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016, of the Government”, as well as providing relevant documents to officials and employees at construction sites/projects.

Along with managers, site managers, officers responsible for occupational safety and hygiene, and workers from units involved in the construction of the Ring Road No. 4 project – package no. 09/TP2-XL - Component project 2.1: Construction of parallel roads.
In his speech, Deputy General Director Nguyen Khac Hai emphasized the vital role of the employees as invaluable assets driving the Corporation's success. Therefore, it is not only mandatory but also the shared responsibility and right of every employee to fully comply with the provisions of the law on OSH, Fire Prevention, and Rescue. Moreover, he requested the learners to put in their best effort to complete the training course, as it contributes to maintaining and ensuring safety on works and projects professionally, thereby bolstering Vinaconex's standing as a market leader.
Regarding the training, Mr. Le Tuan Luong, Head of Brand and Occupational Safety Department stated that the course is part of the Corporation's regular internal training program aiming to impart and enhance legal knowledge on OSH, fire prevention, and rescue - not only for Vinaconex personnel but also for contractors involved in projects’ construction. This practical activity significantly impacts propaganda, education, and knowledge dissemination among Vinaconex employees and the construction industry as a whole.
Guided by lecturers, learners have gained an understanding and addressed practical issues related to legal policies on OHS, as well as construction safety work.
Upon completion of the course, learners would be awarded certification. Beyond that, it would aid in advocating for the roles and responsibilities of OHS officers in organization, training, and implementing OSH - Fire Prevention – Rescue regulations at the unit and projects, thereby contributing to the successful completion of production and business tasks for the Corporation, further enhancing the reputation of the Vinaconex brand in the market./.
