Implementing the work program for 2021, the plan for training and fostering political theory; on December 3 and 4, the Corporation’s Party Committee held the opening ceremony of a political theory training course for new party members in 2021.
In his remarks at the opening of the course, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the Corporation’s Trade Union congratulated the elite masses chosen to participate in the training course. He also emphasized that continuing to hold the political theory training courses has clearly shown the interest of the Party Committee and the leaders of the Corporation in Party building work in Vinaconex. It would support Vinaconex's youthful, excellent employees to develop in a favorable environment under the guidance and supervision of the Party in order to continue preserving and promoting the tradition and brand name of Vinaconex.
Through the guidance and teaching of Prof. Dr. Nguyen Chi My, former Standing Committee member, former Head of the Hanoi Party Committee’s Publicity and Education Commission, the learners had been able to understand the fundamentals of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought - The ideological foundation and lodestar for the Communist Party and revolution of Vietnam; National independence is associated with socialism and the path towards socialism in Vietnam; Promoting the great unity of the entire national socialist democratic, building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state; The Party's socio-economic development guidelines;
Developing education and training, science and technology, building and developing Vietnamese culture and people; protecting environment and social development management; Strengthening national defense and security, maintaining a peaceful environment, political stability, social order, and safety; Being proactive and active in international integration; Principles of Party organization and operation and Party building work at the grassroots level; Party building on ethics; Trying and training to be worthy of membership in the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Along with the committed efforts and guidance of earlier generations of Party members, the outstanding employees and new Party members of Vinaconex would develop the plan to strive for and train to become the deserved official party member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
