VINACONEX ORGANIZES TRAINING ON FINANCIAL WORK FOR GRASSROOTS UNIONS

On January 12, Vinaconex Corporation conducted a training conference on financial work for the affiliated grassroots unions.

The conference had the following attendees:

• Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Corporation's Trade Union
• Mr. Nguyen Hai Lam, Vice President of the Corporation's Trade Union
• Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Vice President of the Corporation's Trade Union
• Along with members of the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee, Trade Union’s Finance Department, and Presidents and accountants from affiliated grassroots unions.

During the training, Mr. Pham Manh Ha, Deputy Director of VCS Vietnam Technology JSC, provided insights into regulations on revenue, expenditure, and financial management of grassroots trade unions. He also guided how to construct reports on the annual union financial settlement and estimate, as well as informed guidelines governing the management and utilization of grassroots trade union funds.
The conference covered the use of accounting software such as logging in, inputting initial information, entering balances, recording financial data, and creating estimates, final settlements, and reports.

At the end of the training, delegates discussed challenges and shared experiences in managing and utilizing trade union finances in their respective units.
During the conference, the grassroots union accounting team enhanced their skills in trade union finance and competently utilized accounting software to meet the task requirements of the new situation.
