THE EXTENDED CONGRESS OF THE 5TH CORPORATION’S PARTY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ON SEPTEMBER 2022

On the afternoon of September 26, 2022, the Party Committee of Vinaconex Corporation convened its extended Congress of the 5th Party Executive Committee, session in September 2022 at the Headquarters with the chair of Comrade Dao Ngoc Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Corporation’s Board of Directors.

Attending the Congress were:

• Comrade members of the 5th Standing Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee;
• Comrade members of the 5th Executive Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee;
• The heads and deputy heads of the committees under the Corporation’s Party Committee.
• Comrade Secretaries of grassroots Party units under the Corporation's Party Committee.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh presented flower bouquets and gifts to the two comrades and thanked them for their contribution to the Party Executive Committee; He also handed out the decision of the Municipal Party Committee, flower bouquets, and assignment speech to the new comrades joining the Party Executive Committee and the Party Standing Committee of Vinaconex Corporation for the term 2020-2025.
In his remarks, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan expressed his sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors and the Party Committee's trust in him to be given new tasks and responsibilities. He also demonstrated his determination and efforts to carry out the assigned duties in order to live up to the BOD's expectations and contribute to the task completion of the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee for the term 2020-2025, develop the Party organization of Vinaconex stronger and stronger.
On behalf of the Corporation’s Standing Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee presented the main taskes of Party work from now until the end of 2022 to all the delegates, which included: Keep following closely and implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, tenure 2020-2025; Keep guiding, leading the implementation of the full-term work programme, 2022 work programme of the Corporation's Party Committee; Lead and direct the effective prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic; Lead and direct work of building the Party and organisations, review and completing the personnel organisation, review and supplement the plans for 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms; implement well the works of propaganda, mass mobilization, inspection and supervision of the Party Committees at all levels; lead and implement effectively the work of coordination to promote the effective implementation of corporative production and business activities; perform well the profession works of administrator and Party members: Party admission, Party official recognition, Relocation of Party activities; procedures, new issuance of Party membership cards for official Party members, award the 30-year, 40-year and 45-year Party membership badges to qualified Party members; lead and direct the review and assessment of the quality of party organizations, Party members and managers at grassroots level in 2022; Compile Party work activities in 2022, etc.
After the serious working session, the Congress of the 5th Party Executive Committee completed the proposed program.
