Implementing the work program, the plan to train and foster political theory in 2022, the Party Committee of the Corporation held the opening ceremony of a political theory training class for new party members on December 24-25, 2022.

Under the framework of cooperation between Vinaconex - Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and in order to contribute to the training and development of high-quality engineering human resources in various majors.

Following Document No. 552–CV/TU dated October 27, 2022, of the Hanoi Party Committee; Official Dispatch No. 133–CV/DU dated November 11, 2022, of the Standing Party Committee of the Corporation, on December 23–24, 2022, the Standing Party Committee of the Corporation hosted a conference on self-criticism and collective-individual criticism of comrades in the Standing Committee in 2022.

On December 22, 2022, the Management Board of Vinaconex Building at 34 Lang Ha Street collaborated with the Police Department of Fire and Rescue-Hanoi City’s Police to organize training and fire drills & rescue exercises for employees of the Corporation and units with headquarters located at the Building.

On December 21, the delegation of Nanjing city led by Mr. Lai Thua Luoc, Vice Chairman of Nanning City Development and Reform Commission paid a visit and had working sessions at Vinaconex Corporation.

On December 9, 2022, the Trade Union of Vinaconex Headquarters held its 7th congress for the term 2023 – 2028 successfully.

On the morning of December 3, 2022, the business matchmaking seminar between the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering HUCE and Vinaconex Corporation took place right at the university.

On the morning of December 3, the signing ceremony of the contract for the sale and purchase of the 5th floor in the Green Diamond Complex Building of commercial centers, offices, and apartments - 93 Lang Ha took place at the Corporation's headquarters.
