In the spirit of “reach for connection – reach for success” almost 300 employees of VINACONEX Company took part in the Teambuilding activity in Ha Long on the 8th and 9th of July, 2022. This engagement event is part of a series of activities commemorating the 34th anniversary of VINACONEX Corporation's establishment (September 27, 1988 – September 27, 2022).
The word ‘VINACONEX’ was formed by the unity and harmony of all employees. Each employee is an indispensable link, playing a significant role, connecting into strong solidarity, and contributing to VINACONEX's success today, and would continue to propel VINACONEX to new heights
VINACONEX’s humans participating in Teambuilding were divided into six teams regardless of the departments, position, or age gap, blurring the line between managers and employees, standing side by side, and burning themselves for the team bonding activities
Through teambuilding activites, the meaningful message “One Team, One Dream” was conveyed to every VINACONEX member. Collective strength, solidarity and tenacious fighting spirit will be the key opening to our success in the future.
More than just a bonding activity, the “reach for connection – reach for success” event is also the appreciation, the gratitude of Vinaconex Corporation to the employees, who have devoted their youth to build up the Vinaconex house. For Vinaconex, people are invaluable assets at VINACONEX, and unity is the corporaion’s power.
