HANOI PARTY COMMITTEE SECRETARY DINH TIEN DUNG CALLS FOR ACCELERATION OF THE RING ROAD 4’S CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

Politburo member and Hanoi Party Committee Secretary, Dinh Tien Dung, extended New Year greetings to employees and workers working on the Ring Road 4 construction site, asking them to intensify efforts and make good use of time to speed up project progress.

On January 30th, Secretary Dinh Tien Dung, Head of the Steering Committee for implementing the Ring Road 4 construction investment project - Hanoi Capital Region, visited project sites in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, and Hung Yen to extend Tet greetings and give gifts, encouraging all involved in the project.

Additionally, participating in the delegation were members of the Party Central Committee including the Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan. Also present were the Head of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan, along with leaders from various departments and the Hanoi Labor Federation.

On Vinaconex's side, the contractor responsible for package No. 09/TP2-XL under project component 2.1 was supported by Deputy General Directors Duong Van Mau and Nguyen Khac Hai, along with the staff and workers implementing the project.

During the visit to the Ring Road 4 construction site, Dinh Tien Dung, along with the delegation, conveyed Tet greetings and distributed gifts to workers and contractors involved in package No. 09/TP2-XL, part of the Vinaconex project under component 2.1.

He underscored that the Ring Road 4 is a substantial, key national project requiring swift construction progress. It has important significance in connecting the region, freeing up resources, and creating a driving force for development not only for Hanoi, but also for the Capital Region, the Northern Key Economic Region, and the Red River Delta. Given the project's extensive and enduring importance, engaging in the road's construction is truly an honor and pride for each officer, employee, and worker.

While acknowledging and commending the positive strides made by construction contractors and workers, Comrade Dinh Tien Dung also noted the ongoing obstacles and urged everyone to intensify their efforts, seize the opportunity, and persevere through the Tet holiday to accelerate progress and ensure project quality. Besides, he asked the units to promptly disburse salaries and bonuses to workers, and take care of their well-being so they can work and contribute without any concerns.
 

On this occasion, Secretary Dinh Tien Dung extended his wishes for a new year filled with good health, happiness and success to complete the construction of Ring Road 4, guaranteeing both quality and progress to all employees and workers involved.

Deputy General Director Nguyen Khac Hai informed challenges in bidding package No. 09/TP2-XL, assigned to Vinaconex, which have mostly been addressed. Currently, Vinacoinex has actively implemented various construction sectors, including bridges, roads, and culverts across the entire package. With robust capabilities and determination, Vinaconex is dedicated to the successful completion of Ring Road 4 - project component 2.1, ensuring safety, progress, and quality in line with the requirements set by the Hanoi People's Committee to welcome the Hanoi City Party Congress.
