VINACONEX Hosts Intensive Training Program for Accounting & Finance Teams, Updating 2025 Tax Policies and Circular No. 99/2025/TT-BTC to strengthen governance and standardize practices across the system
On December 1-2, 2025, VINACONEX Corporation organized an intensive training program at its headquarters for accounting and finance personnel across the entire system. The program aimed to provide timely updates on the latest legal regulations, including the 2025 tax policy framework and Circular No. 99/2025/TT-BTC on corporate accounting regimes.
Experts from the Accounting and Auditing Supervisory Department (Ministry of Finance) and VNLAW/VNTAC delivered detailed presentations and analysis on major changes in the 2025 tax regime, covering electronic invoicing, value-added tax (VAT), out-of-province tax, corporate income tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT) and social insurance, as well as new requirements on documentation and tax finalization procedures.
In addition, the key provisions of Circular No. 99/2025/TT-BTC were thoroughly introduced to help standardize accounting practices across all VINACONEX units, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and alignment with modern governance standards.
