The AEGIS International Hospital Project is being developed under the Party and State's healthcare socialization policy, aligned with Politburo Resolution No. 72 on developing high-quality private healthcare systems, aiming to enhance the capacity and improve the protection and promotion of public health in the new development phase.
With a total investment of VND 4.5 trillion, the hospital complex is designed by Raymond (Japan) and will have a total construction floor area of 290,000 sqm. The development includes two 26-storey towers, four interconnected basement levels, and an eight-storey multifunctional building. Once completed, it will provide 1,000 hospital beds and is expected to become one of the largest and most modern private healthcare complexes in Vietnam.
Construction began on September 25, 2025. With strong support from the project owner T’Hospital, the project management board, the supervision consultant VinaCity, and the close coordination of subcontractors, VINACONEX as the main contractor has achieved significant progress.
To date, the project has completed the diaphragm wall system and trial soil-cement piles. Construction of bored piles and kingpost installation has reached 64% and 50% of the total volume, respectively. Occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention standards are being fully maintained. Preparations are currently underway for the mass installation of soil-cement piles, as well as the semi top-down slab and basement construction works.
The project will enter a peak construction campaign from January 16 to December 31, 2026, with interim reviews scheduled for May and September 2026, and a final review on December 31, 2026.
