The construction investment project of Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital has the goal of creating complete, modern and high-quality medical service infrastructure and facilities; creating favorable conditions for the existing provincial General Hospital to switch to operation, serving medical examination and treatment, care and health improvement for the people of Nam Dinh province and surrounding areas. Investment scale of 700 beds with departments and rooms suitable for provincial general hospital.
Group A project, invested by Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee; the investor's representative is the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; The project was built on an area of 92,500 m2, with a total investment of more than VND 1,467 billion, the implementation period is until the end of 2025. In which, VINACONEX Corporation won the Contract for Construction and equipment installation of House No. 1. - Emergency department, technical and administrative skills, worth 299 billion VND. Building No. 1 - Emergency, technical and administrative department is 8 floors high, area 4,007 m2, total floor area 21,058m2, estimated implementation time is 625 days.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Dinh Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the contractor for construction and installation of construction equipment is TCT VINACONEX and the supervision consultancy unit. Together, they worked closely to complete the first item of the project and also the winning package VINACONEX was "Building No. 1 - Emergency Department, technical and administrative skills" from December 5, 2021. until August 31, 2023. After the 1st House item, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board will continue to take steps so that in the second quarter of 2022, it will strive to start construction of all the remaining items of the project.
