Following Plan No. 32-KH/DU issued by the Lang Ward Party Committee, on May 15, 2026, the VINACONEX Corporation Party Committee held a conference to review and supplement the personnel planning for Party Committee positions within the Corporation for the 2025-2030 term. The conference was chaired by Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Corporation's Party Committee.
The conference was attended by members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Corporation's Party Committee, the Trade Union President, the Youth Union Secretary, and the Secretaries from all subordinate Party cells.
In his opening address, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan outlined the key aspects of reviewing and restructuring the personnel planning for the Corporaton’s Party Committee positions in the 2025-2030 term. He emphasized that this is an important task that must be carried out seriously, objectively, openly, and transparently, in full compliance with the Party's regulations on personnel work.
With a strong sense of responsibility and broad consensus, attendees discussed and provided feedback, successfully finalized the regulated personnel planning process in accordance with regulations, along with other major agenda matters of the Corporation's Party Committee.
Mr. Pham Thai Duong outlined the production and business priorities, emphasizing the need for close collaboration between the Party Committee and the Board of Management in leading, and steering the Corporation. He urged Party committees at all levels to continue promoting VINACONEX's traditions and culture. He also emphasized strict adherence to labor laws and called on Party units to support the Corporate Union and Youth Union, enabling these socio-political organizations to contribute meaningfully to the Corporation's growth.
Concluding the conference, Deputy Party Secretary Tran Dinh Tuan asked all subordinate Party cells and committees to further strengthen leadership in production, business, and Party building, to implement directives from higher-level Party Committees seriously, and particularly to digitalize Party member data in order to ensure a stronger, modern corporate Party organization.
