The Ring Road 4 project spans more than 112 km across Ha Biu, Hung Yen, and Bac Ninh, with a cross-section width ranging from 90 to 135 meters, six traffic lanes, and a total investment of VND 85,813 billion. Once completed, the route will serve as a strategic connector between major urban centers, unlock new development space for the Capital Region, ease inner-city congestion, and shape a more modern urban landscape.
Within the overall project, Package No. 09/TP2-XD from Km13+017.92 to Km36+166.74 - constructed by VINACONEX, is the most substantial package of the scheme, comprising nearly 23 km of parallel road under Component Project No. 2.1 of Ha Noi City.
To date, 98.7% of the site clearance in Dan Phuong and Hoai Duc districts (equivalent to over 296 hectares) has been handed over, enabling uninterrupted construction along nearly 20 km of the route. The remaining 1.5 km is being urgently addressed by local authorities.
On-site, 21 construction sections are under operation around the clock, supported by a synchronized system of command centers, laboratories, manpower, and modern equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
After more than 16 months of construction, VINACONEX’s package has achieved significant progress and key milestones:
Across the entire section, construction is in full swing, with machinery operating nonstop. New road stretches are gradually taking shape across the western outskirts of the capital, clear evidence of the tireless dedication of VINACONEX engineers and workers.
With the highest determination, VINACONEX commits to completing all accessible work fronts in 2025 six months ahead of schedule, contributing to the timely completion of the entire Ring Road 4 - Capital Region project, a practical achievement in celebration of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee.
Ring Road 4 is not only a key transport infrastructure project but also a symbol of the ambition and new stature of Vietnam’s construction industry. VINACONEX is proud to contribute to creating this strategic corridor connecting the future development of Hanoi and the northern economic region.
