DELEGATION OF HANOI UNIVERSITY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING PAID A WORKING VISIT TO VINACONEX CORPORATION

As part of the cooperative training activities between Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) and Vinaconex, on December 22, a delegation comprising officials, lecturers, and students from HUCE engaged in a visit and work session at the Corporation.

Present at the meeting were Dr. Nguyen Lien Huong, Dean of the Construction Economics and Management Faculty, along with lecturers and students from course 64 of the same faculty in HUCE.

On the side of Vinaconex, Deputy General Director Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, Deputy Director of the Corporation's Construction Department, Standing Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Construction One Member Co. Ltd., Lai Duc Toan, Director of Investment Board Nguyen Minh Thang, Human Resources Director cum Director of Human Resource Development Department Nguyen Quoc Huy, and leaders of relevant professional departments were present.

In the meeting, Deputy General Director Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang mentioned the long-standing relationship between the two entities. She underscored the significant contributions made by many graduates from HUCE who have joined Vinaconex, playing pivotal roles in the Corporation's growth and making it a leading construction contractor in Vietnam. Vinaconex aimed to sustain support for HUCE and provide opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the Corporation's operations, while also fostering passion and cultivating their knowledge and professional skills in a corporate environment.

Dr. Nguyen Lien Huong, expressed gratitude and recognized the contributions of Vinaconex to the training efforts of HUCE, especially in the Construction Economics and Management Faculty, as well as looking for an extended and strengthened collaboration between HUCE and the Corporation. 

During the meeting, the HUCE delegation was introduced to important contents of the Corporation including organizational structure; execution process of investment projects, role and position of the Construction Economics Engineer; Applying science and technology to construction work, etc. This information helped to deepen their understanding of their academic subjects and offer valuable career orientation for the future. 

With a strong desire to contribute to education, Vinaconex keeps supporting educational institutions in general and HUCE in particular in taking care of, fostering, and developing the capacity of the young generation - the future leaders of the country.
