In the final days of 2025, construction activity at the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway project has entered its peak phase. VINACONEX is mobilizing maximum manpower and equipment, accelerating progress to meet the target of technical opening on December 19, in line with Government directives.
The Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway is a vital link in the national transport network, helping complete the corridor connecting Hanoi with the northern border region.
At Package No.03-XL (from Km0 to Km12+500), passing through Vinh Tuy Town and the communes of Vinh Hao, Hung An and Quang Minh in Ha Giang Province, construction works are being carried out at full pace.

Roadbed works for K95 and K98 layers have been completed. Contractors are now focusing on laying crushed stone base course Type 1, cement-treated base, and final pavement structure. To date, nearly 6 out of 12.5 kilometers have been asphalt-paved, marking a major milestone for the package.

In parallel, ancillary works such as underpass extensions and box culverts along both sides of the route are being executed simultaneously, ensuring overall progress remains synchronized and stable.

Currently, nearly 350 engineers and workers, together with more than 400 machines and pieces of equipment, are operating continuously, maintaining a high and uninterrupted construction tempo.

After prolonged disruption caused by severe flooding, the arrival of the dry season has facilitated the construction works. VINACONEX is making full use of time and resources to accelerate progress, demonstrating strong determination to achieve the planned technical opening.
