Chairman of the Strategic Council Dao Ngoc Thanh, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Huu Toi, together with the working delegation, conducted a site visit and inspected construction progress at Package 28 of the grade-separated interchange between Ring Road 3.5 and Thang Long Boulevard
During the working session, the project management unit reported on the progress of several key construction items, all of which have met or exceeded the planned schedule. Inspection and payment procedures are being carried out in compliance with regulations, ensuring transparency and alignment with the overall project plan.
Reporting at the site, Commander of the Thang Long Joint Venture Dinh Manh Toan, said construction activities are being implemented in line with methods, meeting requirements for progress, quality, and safety as approved by the supervising consultant and the project owner.
Commending the dedication of engineers and workers on site, Chairman Dao Ngoc Thanh praised the collective efforts of VINACONEX staff for their unity and determination in keeping the project on track. He also encouraged all units to maintain strict safety discipline and efficient construction practices to achieve the project goals.
