WARNING: IMPERSONATION OF VINACONEX’S WEBSITE

Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (VINACONEX) has recently found out the websites whose domain names http://vinaconexdt.info/,  http://vinaconexdt.online illegally using Vinaconex brand name (brand name registered and owned by Vinaconex), particularly, using Vinaconex’s logo, photos, and business information to entice users to top up, purchase VCG shares at the preferential price, invest in VINACONEX's welfare fund, and so on that commits the asset misappropriation fraud.

We would like to affirm that the organization/individual who runs the aforementioned websites is gravely breaking the law by utilizing the Vinaconex brand name through the aforementioned forms without Vinaconex's consent, adversely affecting Vinaconex's brand, and having signs of asset misappropriation fraud.
Currently, Vinaconex is carrying out the appropriate procedures to request the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control, as well as the competent State authorities, to investigate, clarify, and handle it in accordance with the law.
