The contract for construction of technical infrastructure CVL-7 is an important item of the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex Project. This is a key national oil and gas project, with a total investment of up to 9 billion USD, with a capacity of 10 million tons/year (200,000 barrels/day). The project plays an important role in implementing the socio-economic development strategy and ensuring the country's energy security. When completed, the complex will work with Dung Quat Oil Refinery to ensure two-thirds of the domestic demand for petrochemical products, meeting the increasing demand for energy in the process of industrialization and modernization of the country.
