On March 27, 2025, in Hanoi, the 13th Party Congress of the Party Committee of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 (VINACONEX 1) for the 2025–2030 term was successfully held. This congress was selected by the Party Committee of VINACONEX Corporation as the pilot grassroots-level Party Congress within the Corporation. Mr. Dinh Nguyen Manh, Member of the Dong Da District Party Committee and Standing Deputy Head of the District’s Organizing Commission attended the Congress.

The event also welcomed members of the Corporation's Standing Party Committee, representatives of the Corporation’s Party-building boards, members of the working group guiding the pilot congress, representatives from 39 grassroots-level Party organizations under the Corporation’s Party Committee, and 60 distinguished delegates representing more than 300 officials and Party members of VINACONEX 1.
The Congress was conducted in a solemn atmosphere, strictly adhering to regulations and procedures in line with official guidelines. All items on the agenda were completed as approved by the Congress, including the adoption of the political report presented by the 12th-term Executive Committee. The report provided an objective and practical assessment of the achievements of the Party Committee during the 2020–2025 term, and set forth clear orientations, specific goals, and solutions for the 2025–2030 term of the VINACONEX 1’s Party Committee.
Delegates exercised sound judgment in electing the 13th-term Executive Committee, which comprises nine members, along with a three-member Inspection Commission. Mr. Hoang Van Trinh was re-elected as Secretary of VINACONEX 1’s Party Committee, and Mr. Do Le Tan was elected as Deputy Secretary and Head of the Party Committee’s Inspection Commission.
During the Congress, 14 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates were elected to represent the Company at the 6th Party Congress of VINACONEX Corporation. Additionally, the Congress approved the Company Party Committee’s key contributions to the draft political report to be submitted at the upcoming Corporation’s 6th Party Congress.
On behalf of the newly-elected Party Committee, Mr. Hoang Van Trinh, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of Vinaconex 1, delivered remarks, expressing sincere thanks for the trust and support from the Congress and the Party Committee of VINACONEX Corporation. He affirmed the Committee’s commitment to upholding the tradition of unity, integrity, and high responsibility, striving to successfully fulfill the goals and tasks set by the Congress and to build a clean, strong, and exemplary grassroots Party organization within the VINACONEX system.
With 100% approval from the attending delegates, the Congress officially adopted the Resolution and Action Plan of the 13th-term Party Committee of Vinaconex No.1 for the 2025–2030 term.
As a grassroots Party organization under the VINACONEX Corporation’s Party Committee, the Party Committee of Vinaconex 1 boasts a proud 52-year history of growth and development. After 12 Congresses, it currently comprises seven subordinate Party Cells with a total of 102 Party members, continuing to grow in both size and strength. Throughout its history, the Party Committee of VINACONEX 1 has consistently upheld its leadership role, earning numerous recognitions, such as “Clean and Strong Party Organization” and “Outstanding Party Organization” for many consecutive years. That affirms its status as an exemplary and pioneering Party organization in the VINACONEX Corporation. Building on the achievements of the 2020–2025 term, the Party Committee has not only acknowledged its successes but also candidly addressed existing limitations and drawn valuable lessons. With a strong sense of unity, VINACONEX 1’s Party Committee has set forth clear directions and objectives for the 2025–2030 term. In business operations, VINACONEX 1 remains focused on its core strength—construction and installation—aiming to take on technically and aesthetically demanding projects. At the same time, it will strategically develop and efficiently implement real estate projects. Over the next five years, VINACONEX 1 targets an annual production growth of 8–12% and revenue growth of 10–15%, striving to make substantial contributions to the overall success of VINACONEX Corporation. |
