VINACONEX HOSTS TRAINING COURSE ON AI AND ITS EFFECTIVE APPLICATIONS

On March 21 and 28, 2025, Vinaconex Corporation, in collaboration with FPT Software, held a blended-format training course titled “AI-First Thinking in the Digital Era”, combining both in-person and online learning.
This “AI-First Thinking in the Digital Era” course is part of Vinaconex Corporation’s annual human resource development plan, designed to raise awareness about artificial intelligence, promote effective AI implementation for strategic thinking in daily operations and enhance competitiveness. Through this program, Vinaconex leaders aim to foster an AI-oriented mindset among its workforce, enabling them to adapt swiftly and take the lead in an era of rapid digital transformation.
The course welcomed the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi – Chairman of the Board, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan – Deputy General Director, along with leaders of functional departments/offices, and a large number of employees across the corporation
In his opening remarks, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan - Deputy General Director of Vinaconex stated that strengthening AI application capabilities would not only enhance work efficiency but also open up new opportunities for Vinaconex to grow and boost its competitiveness in the digital era.
Under the guidance of leading experts from FPT Software, VINACONEX employees were equipped with AI foundational concepts to real-world applications, as well as directly engaged with widely-used and specialized AI tools. This hands-on approach is expected to enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support the Corporation’s broader strategic goals.
