VINACONEX HOSTS TRAINING CONFERENCE ON GUIDELINES FOR ORGANIZING 2025 - 2030 PARTY CONGRESSES AT ALL LEVELS

On November 22, 2024, the VINACONEX Party Committee organized a training conference to disseminate and guide the implementation of directives and documents from the Central Committee, the Hanoi Party Committee, and the Corporation's Party Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. The event featured the participation of Tran Thi Thu Huong, Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Commission member, who directly presented essential information and chaired discussions.  

Attending the conference were Chairman of the Corporation’s Board of Directors Nguyen Huu Toi; Standing Deputy Secretary and Head of the Propaganda Department of the Corporation's Party Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong; members of the Standing Party Committee, Corporation leaders, and representatives from grassroots Party Committees and organizations.  

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Huong guided the implementation of documents from the Central Committee and the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Committee on inspection and supervision for the upcoming Party Congresses at all levels, leading to the 14th National Congress of the Party. She also chaired the discussions, promptly addressed delegates’ inquiries, offering practical guidance according to their specific responsibilities.

At the recent training conference, senior officials from the VINACONEX Party Committee presented key topics and guidance on preparations for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Chief of the Party Committee Office and Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Corporation’s Party Committee Nguyen Hai Lam mentioned the contents that need to be noted in organizing the Congresses for branches and grassroots Party Committees. He also discussed the propaganda and communication efforts required to support the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 6th Vinaconex Corporation Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Deputy Head of the Corporation’s Standing Party Committee Nguyen Quoc Huy discussed contents concerning organizing the Corporation Party Committee Congress and its subordinate Congresses for the term 2025-2030; He detailed the implementation of personnel guidelines at the Party Congress of the Corporation to ensure a well-structured process of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In his concluding speech, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Corporation’s Party Committee and Head of the Propaganda Department Nguyen Manh Cuong, underscored the importance of Party Congresses at all levels of the Corporation's Party Committee as pivotal political events. He called on Party Committees and mass organizations to intensify their leadership and coordination to meet the requirements for preparing and conducting the Congresses. He emphasized thorough preparation of Congress documents, careful selection of personnel for the new Party Committees, and the critical role of effective political and ideological work before, during, and after the Congresses, to ensure their success at all levels.

On behalf of the Party Committee of the Corporation, Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, outlined essential tasks for grassroots Party Committees and Professional Committees to complete by December 31, 2024. These tasks include: reviewing the number of Party members in each unit in accordance with Party principles and regulations to consolidate, restructue based on actual conditions ahead of the grassroots Party Congress; conducting a comprehensive review and classification of grassroots Party organizations and members for 2024, alongside evaluating personnel readiness for the upcoming term; developing detailed plans with clear timelines and specific tasks to organize Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 6th Congress of Party Delegates of the Corporation, term 2025 - 2030 and other important matters.
