On December 19, 2024, the Party Standing Committee of Vinaconex convened a conference to review, evaluate, and classify the annual performance of collectives and individuals within the committee for 2024. Comrade Trieu Thi Ngoc, Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, and representatives from various Party Building Committees under the Municipal Party Committee attended and provided guidance.
Fostering solidarity, unity, democracy, and objectivity throughout the assessment, Comrade Dao Ngoc Thanh, Secretary of the Corporation’s Party Committee, underscored the assessment’s role in strengthening the leadership, capacity and resilience of the Party organization, along with the Vinaconex’s development.
The conference focused on reviewing the following main contents:
1. Assessment of the Party Standing Committee's Performance:
Assessing its leadership and direction in implementing the resolutions and directives of Party cadres; overseeing political tasks, Party-building initiatives, guidance of mass organizations, and efforts to promote production and operations across the corporation in 2024; outlining objectives and tasks for 2025.
2. Individual Self-Assessment:
Each member of the Standing Committee conducted a self-review, identifying their strengths, limitations, analyzing causes, and proposing solutions to address shortcomings in fulfilling their assigned duties and responsibilities.
The review conference was conducted with rigor and in strict compliance with established procedures and regulations. Through the review process, the Party Standing Committee identified valuable lessons learned, acknowledged limitations and shortcomings, and proposed targeted solutions to address these challenges in 2025 and beyond.
In his concluding remarks, Secretary Dao Ngoc Thanh emphasized that 2025 will be a pivotal year, presenting both opportunities and challenges. As the year of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, laying the groundwork for the country to advance into a new era of national development. The Party Standing Committee reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a pioneering, exemplary, united, and cohesive leadership approach, steering the Corporation toward sustainable growth and reinforcing its leading position in Vietnam's construction and real estate sectors.
