VINACONEX CONVENES EXPANDED EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE CONFERENCE FOR Q2/2025 – 5TH TERM

Following Decision No. 8367-QD/TU dated March 31, 2025, issued by the Hanoi Party Committee regarding the reorganization of the Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (VINACONEX)’s Party Committee into a grassroots-level Party Committee and transfer to the authority of the Dong Da District Party Committee. To ensure alignment and swift execution of this transition, on April 2, the Party Committee of the Corporation convened an expanded Executive Committee Conference (5th term) for the second quarter of 2025.
The conference, held both in person and online, brought together members of the Party Executive Committee, department heads, deputy heads, specialists from the Party Committee’s internal divisions, as well as representatives and Party affairs officers from affiliated branches and Party Committees.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Corporation’s Party Committee, chaired the session on behalf of the Party Committee Secretary. He provided detailed instructions and guided discussions throughout the conference.
At the conference, the VINACONEX Party Committee formally announced the decision of the Hanoi Party Committee and thoroughly conveyed several important directives:
- Officially announced Decision No. 8367-QĐ/TU, dated March 31, 2025, by the Hanoi Party Committee, regarding the reorganization of the VINACONEX Party Committee into a grassroots-level Party Committee and its transfer to the authority of the Dong Da District Party Committee.
- Urged all subordinate Party Cells to continue the organization of the 2025–2027 term Party Congresses in accordance with Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Central Committee; Plan No. 258-KH/TU dated July 15, 2024 of the Hanoi Party Committee; and Plan No. 136-KH/ĐU dated July 25, 2024 of the VINACONEX Party Committee—ensuring alignment with the roadmap toward the 14th National Party Congress.
- Directed all subordinate Party Cells to focus on thoroughly reviewing and finalizing Party organization records, especially individual Party member files, to facilitate a smooth and efficient handover process.
Also during the conference, delegates engaged in discussions to address challenges encountered during implementation. The VINACONEX Standing Committee provided clear, specific guidance to help units proactively and effectively carry out their assigned tasks.
