VINACONEX HOSTS NEW YEAR 2024 GATHERING FOR RETIRED OFFICIALS

On the morning of January 11, Vinaconex Joint Stock Corporation hosted a special program titled “Meeting with the Corporation's Retirement Liaison Committee and retired officers on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2024”.

Key attendees included:

• Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Corporation.
• Mr. Duong Van Mau, the Standing Deputy General Director of the Corporation. 
• Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Deputy General Directors of the Corporation
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, Deputy General Director of the Corporation
• Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Party Committee, President of Corporation’s Trade Union
• Representative leaders of functional departments, Trade Union, Youth Union of the Corporation joined the gathering.

During the New Year meeting, General Director Nguyen Xuan Dong extended his New Year wishes and expressed gratitude to former leaders and retired officers for their significant contributions to the Corporation. He provided reports on the Corporation's performance in 2023 and outlined operational plans for 2024.

On behalf of the retired staff, Mr. Vu Quy Ha, Former Secretary of the Party Committee and former Chairman of the BOD, shared his joy over the Corporation's achievements in the past year. He expressed confidence in Vinaconex's progress in 2024, attributing it to the determined guidance of the BOD and the dedication, initiative, and creativity of officials and workers.

At the meeting, Mr. Vu Van Xung, Head of the Corporation's Retirement Liaison Committee and Mr. Hoang Hop Thuong, Head of the Headquarters’ Retirement Liaison Committee of the Corporation conveyed thoughts and feelings on behalf of the retired officers. 

As part of Vietnamese tradition in Lunar New Year, the Board of Directors presented VND 30 million to the Corporation's Retirement Liaison Committee and VND 50 million to the Headquarters’ Retirement Liaison Committee of the Corporation, expressing wishes for a healthy, happy, and peaceful new year for all.
