VINACONEX SPONSORED THE CONSTRUCTION OF VILLAGE CULTURAL HOUSES IN QUANG NINH PROVINCE

The inauguration ceremony of the Cultural House in Tai Ly Say village, Quang Lam commune, Quang Ninh province was held on the afternoon of November 9, with the coordination of Provincial Police and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dam Ha district. The event was graced by the presence of Major General Dinh Van Noi, a Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Provincial Police; Comrade Le Manh Cuong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; along with local leaders, and a large number of local people. Vinaconex is honored to be the sponsor for this noteworthy project.

Commencing on August 1, 2023, the construction of this Cultural House project was a joint effort by the Provincial Police, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and the Dam Ha District Party Committee. After over two months of hard work, the project was completed on schedule, ensuring quality, aesthetics, and functionality. With an approved total investment estimate of VND1.5 billion, the Cultural House is located on a 500 sqm land area, occupying 197.5 sqm.

The Cultural House would serve as a community center of political, cultural, and sports activities for the residents of Tai Ly Say village. It would also be used for propagating Party and State policies and guidelines and disseminating scientific and technical knowledge. The aim is to enhance public understanding of the political objectives and tasks set by the Party and State, foster ethical values, and encourage participation in patriotic campaigns and the protection of national security. Additionally, the Cultural House will contribute to the local socio-economic development by promoting self-management, ensuring village security and order, educating people about the importance of legal compliance, and actively fighting against crime and social evils.
During the ceremony, Major General Dinh Van Noi emphasized the Provincial Police’s Party Committee always prioritizes social security and charity activities for the community, as well as supports the enhancement of living standards for those residing in remote, border, and difficult areas. The construction of the Cultural House project in Tai Ly Say village, Quang Lam commune, not only demonstrates the Quang Ninh Police's sense of responsibility and compassion towards ethnic minority communities in Dam Ha district but also aligns with the Vietnamese tradition of “leaving no one behind” and promotes the spirit of “Serving for the people” among Quang Ninh Police soldiers.

The inauguration and name board mounting ceremony of the Tai Ly Say Cultural House was a practical activity to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2023), the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the first Party cell in Dam Ha District and celebrate the upcoming Day of Great National Unity (November 18, 2023).In addition to supporting various community activities, the Corporation was proud to contribute VND1.5 billion to sponsor the project. This contribution reflects the corporate responsibility and sentiment of Vinaconex humans towards the community in general, and the villagers of Quang Ninh province in particular.
