VINACONEX AND SACOMBANK SIGN CREDIT FINANCING DEAL TO BOOST HOMEOWNERSHIP AND INVESTMENT AT VERA DIAMOND CITY

On July 9, 2025, Vietnam Import-Export and Construction Corporation (VINACONEX) and Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) officially signed a credit financing agreement to support homebuyers at Vera Diamond City, a premium urban development invested by VINACONEX in Mong Cai City.

The agreement enables Sacombank to offer exclusive lending programs for the project, enhancing access to quality real estate for both residents and investors. In addition, Sacombank will leverage its nationwide customer network to promote the project, helping to bring the modern, integrated urban development closer to the public.

The signing ceremony marked a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between two leading Vietnamese brands: VINACONEX, a leading corporation in real estate and construction, renowned for delivering high-quality living spaces, and Sacombank, one of the country’s most reputable banks, offering strong financial capacity and flexible credit solutions for a diverse customer base.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Duong Van Mau emphasized that Sacombank has been a trusted partner of VINACONEX since the early days of laying the groundwork for Vera Diamond City. After four years of dedicated development, the project is now ready for market launch. He reaffirmed VINACONEX’s commitment to working closely with Sacombank as a long-term strategic partner, sharing a common vision of building modern urban areas across Vietnam’s key economic regions. 

Speaking at the event, Mr. Tran Anh Viet, Director of Sacombank’s Northern Region, expressed pride in partnering with VINACONEX to turn Vera Diamond City into a new highlight in Vietnam’s Northeast. “Sacombank commits to providing flexible financial solutions, competitive interest rates, and simplified procedures to ensure fast, efficient access for homebuyers,” he said.
