Under the agreement, the three parties - VINACONEX, CTCENVI, and Organica Water (Hungary) - will jointly implement wastewater treatment projects across Vietnam, with priority given to applying FCR™ technology, Organica’s next-generation wastewater treatment innovation. The partnership also extends to marketing, bidding, trade promotion, training, and technology transfer activities.

VINACONEX, with 37 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, and environmental development, plays a key role as a strategic partner, supporting market positioning and stakeholder engagement. The corporation may also serve as the EPC contractor for designated projects.
The signing ceremony took place at VINACONEX Headquarters, 34 Lang Ha Street, Hanoi.

Previously, the three parties collaborated on the Cat Ba-Amatina Urban Area wastewater treatment project, featuring an FCR™-based system with a capacity of 10,000 m³ per day & night, which achieved both high treatment efficiency and architectural harmony with the surrounding landscape. The project’s success serves as a strong foundation for deepening the strategic cooperation this time.
