Continuing its digital transformation push, VINACONEX has launched a Smart Office Platform project aimed at modernizing governance, digitizing operational processes, and improving coordination across the organization. The initiative marks a key step in the corporation's journey toward becoming a data-driven, transparent, and modern enterprise.
On July 24, 2026, VINACONEX held a kick-off ceremony for the Smart Office Platform project, signaling a new phase in its comprehensive digital transformation roadmap and its commitment to building a modern governance model and enhancing operational efficiency.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Deputy General Director, and Deputy Head of the Digital Transformation Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, Deputy General Director and Deputy Head of the Digital Transformation Committee; along with leaders of functional departments and Project Management Boards.
Representing Base.vn was Mr. Tran Tuan Anh Nghia, Deputy General Director, along with his delegation.
The project aims to digitize and standardize internal governance processes, create a modern working environment, and ensure seamless connectivity across the entire system. Once operational, the platform will accelerate task processing, shorten information turnaround times, improve cross-unit coordination, and provide real-time data to support faster, more accurate, data-driven decision-making.
In her remarks, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang stressed that digital transformation is no longer a trend but an imperative for businesses today. She noted that the project's success depends not only on technology but, more importantly, on the commitment, innovative mindset, and active participation of every employee.
On behalf of the partner, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh Nghia affirmed Base.vn's commitment to supporting VINACONEX throughout the project with three key promises: building a solution tailored to the construction industry's specific needs; providing end-to-end support from implementation and training to system optimization; and measuring success by the real operational improvements achieved at VINACONEX.
During the session, both sides discussed and aligned on the scope of deployment, phased implementation roadmap, coordination mechanisms, and plans to begin work in the coming weeks.
