On the first working day of the Year of the Horse 2026, VINACONEX held its annual Lunar New Year Gathering at the Corporation's Headquarters, kicking off the new year with a spirit of unity, discipline, and determination.
The event brought together Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the Strategic Council; Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong, Board Member and General Director; along with members of the Board of Directors and Board of Management, the Supervisory Board, heads of functional departments and Project Management Boards, leaders of subsidiaries, and all headquarters staff.
The 2026 New Year Gathering took place in a warm and festive atmosphere at the Corporation's Headquarters.
Applause filled the room as the Leadership Team and staff came together, setting an energetic tone for the year ahead.
The gathering offered the VINACONEX family a chance to exchange New Year wishes, strengthen bonds, and recharge for a productive year. Traditional red envelopes were presented as symbols of good fortune, prosperity, and success.
Along with heartfelt wishes for a successful new year, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, affirmed his commitment to working with the management team to continuously strengthen the Corporation.
Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, extended New Year wishes to the Leadership Team and all employees, reaffirming his commitment to working with management to enhance governance systems with transparency and efficiency, building a strong foundation for VINACONEX's continued growth.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong wished the entire VINACONEX family health, peace, and happiness. He called on all employees to uphold the spirit of unity, preserve the corporate cultural identity, embrace innovation, and work together to achieve the 2026 business targets.

The highlight of the program was the traditional “lucky money” ceremony, where thoughtfully prepared red envelopes were presented to all employees. Each gift carried wishes for smooth sailing and success, while reflecting the Leadership Team's genuine care for the VINACONEX workforce.
