VINACONEX WAS HONORED IN TOP 10 MOST INNOVATIVE AND EFFICIENT ENTERPRISES IN REAL ESTATE - CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY VIETNAM 2023

On June 28, Viet Research in collaboration with Investment Newspaper organized the ceremony in Hanoi to announce and honor the TOP 10 Innovative and Efficient Enterprises in the Real Estate - Construction industry in Vietnam 2023. Vinaconex was recognized as one of the top 10 enterprises alongside other prestigious construction enterprises in the country.
This is the outcome of research and evaluation based on the following groups of criteria: the evaluation of business performance and the value added to enterprises as a result of innovation and creativity, including revenue, profit, growth rate, and investment efficiency in research and development. Additionally, the evaluation also considers the innovation and creativity of enterprises based on aspects such as corporate culture, budget allocation for R&D activities, innovation strategy, and the creation of products and services.
In 2023, Vinaconex was chosen as one of the top 10 innovative and efficient enterprises in the Real Estate - Construction industry in Vietnam, along with other well-known construction enterprises in the country, namely Ricons, Coteccons, UDIC, etc.

The COVID-19 pandemic, fluctuations in the global economy, and geopolitical challenges have presented significant obstacles for businesses. Despite these difficulties, Vinaconex and the honored enterprises have continued to promote, research, and apply advanced technology in project management and implementation. They have also focused on developing green and sustainable real estate projects while encouraging innovation and creativity among their employees.

For the past 35 years, Vinaconex has consistently strived to research, come up with new ideas in all activities; participate in contributing to the industrialization and modernization of the country by completing numerous key works and projects that require high technical and artistic standards. These projects span various fields, including civil and industrial construction, infrastructure development, and urban areas. 
In 2022, even though domestic real estate, construction, and materials businesses faced challenges, Vinaconex achieved encouraging production and business results. In comparison to the performance in 2021, consolidated revenue and profit of the holding company in 2022 increased by 52% and 90% respectively; Consolidated profit increased by 79%; Expected dividend rate was 10%.

Notably, Vinaconex has recently finished and put into operation a number of key projects of the country, including Phu Bai airport and the substantial bidding package of the Eastern North-South Expressway construction investment project (phase 1), which are the sections of Phan Thiet - Dau Giay, Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet, and Mai Son - National Highway 45. The Corporation also accelerates the construction of several major bidding packages for the Eastern North-South Expressway phase 2, typically including package 11-XL of the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi section, package XL01 of Vung Ang – Bung section, and package XL02 of the Van Phong - Nha Trang section;

Vinaconex is also proud to be responsible for the construction of various important local projects such as the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway (the section passing through Ha Giang province), the construction project of Phu Thu intersection and its linking road in Tien Hiep Commune, Phu Ly city; Package No. 09/TP2 – XL, which is a part of project component 2.1 – Ring Road No. 4 – Hanoi Capital Region.
Aside from domestic projects, Vinaconex has gained the trust of foreign investors through the implementation of several FDI projects, including the infrastructure construction project of the Hung Yen clean industrial park in Hung Yen province, as well as the infrastructure and architecture of the Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Plant Project.
Vinaconex's real estate projects are also being effectively utilized or receiving diverse investments, contributing to business achievements. Examples of these projects include the Vinaconex Green Diamond project located at no. 93 Lang Ha Street in Hanoi, the Cat Ba - Amatina project in Hai Phong, the Dakba hydropower plant project in Quang Ngai, and the Hoa Lac CNC2 Industrial Park.
