VINACONEX SECURES SECOND SPOT IN TOP VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS IN 2024

At the ceremony held on April 24 to announce the TOP 10 Real Estate, Construction, and Building Materials Companies in 2024, Vinaconex was recognized as the second-ranking construction company. 

Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) and Vietnamnet newspaper annually co-host the awards ceremony honoring typical Vietnamese enterprises' hard work and dedication. The results are based on scientific and impartial principles including criteria of finance, public perception, as well as expert assessments within the respective industries.

At the event, Vinaconex was acknowledged with high ranks, securing the No. 2 spot on the list.

In 2023, despite positive economic indicators and notable achievements nationwide, the construction and real estate sectors continued to face challenges, leading many companies to scale back operations and even suffer losses. Vietnam Report states that construction businesses entering 2023 amidst less optimistic market conditions, with economic growth below projections, diminished market confidence, and a stagnant real estate market leading to reduced job opportunities.
