More than 50 listed enterprises were acknowledged for their information transparency at the 2023 Vietnam Listed Company Awards. Vinaconex (HOSE: VCG) successfully passed the rigorous voting round and was awarded the prestigious Top 20 companies with the best Annual Reports in the non-financial sector in 2023.
The event, graced by leaders from the State Securities Commission, Stock Exchanges, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, witnessed the presence of representatives from nearly 300 listed companies, securities firms, fund management companies, and other key players in the financial market.
Deputy General Director Tran Dinh Tuan participated on Vinaconex's side.
Following an extensive six-month voting process that engaged nearly 600 listed businesses on both Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Vinaconex was honored to enter the top 20 companies with the best Annual Reports in the non-financial sector, among distinguished companies such as Vinamilk, Vingroup Corporation, PetroVietnam Power Corporation, and Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation, etc.
This result underscores that Vinaconex and the awarded businesses, with a strong foundation in governance, effective risk management and strategic planning, coupled with stringent capital management, possess the ability to swiftly regain momentum for recovery, achieve stable development, and continue contributing benefits to the community and society at large after periods of disruption.
