VINACONEX Unveils V-GYM and Hosts “Trade Union Meal”: Fostering Well-Being and Connection

As part of VINACONEX’s 38th anniversary celebrations, the Corporate Trade Union officially opened the V-GYM fitness center and hosted a special “Trade Union Meal” for employees.

These practical initiatives reflect ongoing care for the physical, mental, and social well-being of union members, employees, and the broader workforce across the entire Corporation.

Located on the 12A floor of VINACONEX Tower, V-GYM features a fully equipped gym, a dedicated yoga studio, and supporting amenities. Fully equipped with synchronized infrastructure and premium commercial training machinery, V-GYM provides personnel with convenient opportunities to exercise directly at their workplace.

The new facility was made possible through close cooperation between Corporate leaders and the Corporate Trade Union. Executive management provided the space and covered operating costs, while the Trade Union funded the interior, technical systems, and modern fitness equipment.

Alongside the V-GYM opening, employees gathered for the “Trade Union Meal – Celebrating VINACONEX’s 38th Birthday” in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The event gave colleagues a chance to connect, share experiences, and celebrate the Corporation’s 38-year journey together.
