On the afternoon of February 5, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected and urged the construction of the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay section. This is a public investment project according to Resolution No. 117/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly.

Phan Thiet - Dau Giay project was started in September 2020. According to the plan, the project will be completed in December 2022, in which, 01/04 contract package signed to be completed in October 2022, 01/04 contract signed package completed in November/ 2022, April 2, the remaining bidding package will be completed in December 2022. Currently, all 04 bidding packages are under construction, expected to complete the whole project on December 31, 2022.

Accumulated output value so far has reached 29.13% of the total value of contracts, 4.2% behind the value of contracts compared to the plan in 4/4 bidding packages; output value in January 2022 (as of January 28, 2022) is VND 186.59 billion, reaching 3.2% of the total value of contracts, meeting the plan of January 2022 (according to plan, output in January 2022 is expected to be about 2.91% of the total value of contracts).

Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway Joint Stock Company (project enterprise) has signed credit contracts (limit 1,700 billion VND) with banks and business cooperation contracts (BCC) with a total limit of 1,056 billion dong on December 7, 2021; contributed VND 731 billion / VND 1,030 billion of equity.
