Training On “Operational Management Of Party Member” Application

In order to enhance the quality of Party building work and implement the digital transformation program of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Vinaconex Corporation’s Party Committee in cooperation with the Municipal Party Committee’s Organizing Committee held a conference to train, guide the use of “Operational management of Party Member” application on May 25.

Participating in the training at the Conference were:

• Mr. Le Dinh Kien - Officer of the Party Organization Department – Party member of the the Municipal Party Committee’s Organizing Committee 
• Representative of Tan Dan Informatics Joint Stock Company.

On the Corporation’s Party Committee, there was the attendance of:

• Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Corporation’s Party Committee. 
• Mr. Nguyen Hai Lam - Member of the Executive Committee, Chief of the Corporation’s Party Committee Office.
• Mr. Vu Van Son - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Corporation's Party Committee.
• Along with the members of the Party Organizing Committee, Party Committee Office of the Corporation; the Secretary/Deputy Secretary, Party officials, IT staff the grassroots level units.

In the opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Standing Deputy, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Corporation’s Party Committee emphasized the significance of the training; at the same time, he recommended that the conference attendees shall learn, absorb, and convey the installation and use of the “Operational management of Party Member” application at the grassroots, aiming to develop a  comprehensive database that fulfills the purpose of efficiently managing party organizations and members, making significant contributions to the digital transformation under the guidance of the Municipal Party Committee; thereby successfully implement the political tasks of VINACONEX Corporation’s Party Committee in the coming time.

The implementation of “Operational management of Party Member” application has been initiated to build a professional work environment for Party building and fulfill the requirements of political managerial and administrative tasks of Party committees at all levels. Afterward, it would enhance the staff quality in the Party building sector, while also serving as a medium for sharing professional expertise and information in the system, towards the digitalization of party members' records and documents with utmost security.

During the conference, Mr. Le Dinh Kien - Officer of the Party Organization Department – Party member of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organizing Committee and the representative of Tan Dan Informatics JSC directly provided the introduction and manual guidance on the application (in both online version using Party's wide area network and offline version)
The participants at the conference also had the opportunity to express their views and questions about the process of application installation and use.
In addition to the success of the “The Party Member Handbook”, “Operational management of Party Member” app is also aiding in promoting unity in the Party's collective awareness, thought, will, and actions. The agreement among members of society is a crucial requirement for effectively carrying out political tasks of the Party in general and the VINACONEX Corporation's Party Committee in particular.
