On the morning of March 12, the National Assembly's supervision delegation, headed by Member of the Party Central Committee and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Duc Hai, conducted a field survey of the progress of the Ring Road 4 - Capital Region investment project. Their focus was on evaluating the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022, on fiscal and monetary policies supporting socio-economic recovery and development programs as well as NA resolutions on some key national projects until the end of the year.
Le Quang Manh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of NA's Finance and Budget Committee, joined the delegation as the Deputy Head of the supervisory delegation.
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, worked with the supervision delegation.
Vinaconex, the unit proudly receiving the contract for Package 09/TP2-XL of the project, had the attendance of Permanent Deputy General Director Duong Van Mau, Deputy General Director Nguyen Khac Hai, and officials and employees at the construction site.
The supervisory delegation examined the construction progress of bidding packages and resettlement areas along the road.
Regarding the package no. 09/TP2-XL implemented by Vinaconex, Permanent Deputy General Director Duong Van Mau reported to NA’s Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hai and the working delegation on the progress made in implementing the bid package. As per the report, Vinaconex has been simultaneously working on multiple construction sections of both bridge and road, striving to surpass the set timeline, thereby facilitating the project's timely completion.
During the meeting, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan stated that Hanoi has been working diligently to carry out component projects, ensuring progress in component projects groups 1 and 2, actively sourcing construction materials locally and seeking assistance from neighboring provinces, holding regular meetings to direct implementation and address any issues that arise, etc.
NA’s Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hai, and the supervision delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the successful implementation of the project. Hanoi City played a crucial role in managing project execution, ensuring cohesion, and effective coordination with localities. Component projects thereby have progressed smoothly without exceeding the allocated budget.
He urged continued collaboration between the city and localities, as well as construction units to deploy resources for concurrent project construction, ensuring timely completion.
