A formal handover ceremony was held to transfer the Party organization records and membership roster of VIWASEEN's Party Committee to VINACONEX's Party Committee. The move marks an important step in strengthening Party leadership and ensuring unified direction across the VINACONEX system. The handover follows Decision No. 1952-QD/TU issued by the Hanoi Party Committee on June 5, 2026.

The ceremony brought together representatives from the Party Committees of Dai Mo and Lang wards, along with leadership from both VINACONEX and VIWASEEN, including Party Committee members, Boards of Directors, General Directors, and heads of various departments.

In his remarks, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan emphasized the transfer is designed to ensure more centralized, unified leadership across the entire system. He expressed hope that the Lang Ward Party Committee would continue to provide support so that all affiliated Party organizations operate effectively and fulfill their assigned missions.
Ms. Do Hong Nhung, Party Committee member and Deputy Head of the Party Building Board of Dai Mo Ward, expressed confidence that VIWASEEN's Party organization will continue to grow stronger under VINACONEX's leadership
Ms. Do Hong Nhung acknowledged and commended the achievements of VIWASEEN's Party Committee during its time under the ward's jurisdiction, noting that activities had been carried out in an orderly, systematic, and compliant manner, contributing positively to the ward Party Committee's overall performance.
Ms. Vu Thi Hao, Party Committee member and Deputy Head of the Party Building Board of Lang Ward, confirmed that the transfer was conducted in full compliance with Hanoi Party Committee regulations
Ms. Vu Thi Hao called on the Dai Mo Ward Party Building Board to continue assisting with any remaining procedural matters to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
