In 2023, the Party Committee of Vinaconex Corporation organized a Party awareness training class for the elite masses, as part of the implementation of the Work Program for 2023 and the plan to develop new party members. The class took place on July 21-22 and was attended by Mr. Pham Thanh Hoc, Standing Deputy Head of Hanoi Commission for Propaganda and Education, who directly conveyed the contents in the classroom.
On the side of the Party Committee of the Corporation, there were the participation of following:
And nearly 80 students who are elite members of the Party cells under the Corporation’s Party Committee.
This program is organized annually by the Corporation’s Party Committee to assist and support the elite masses who aspire and voluntarily apply to join the Communist Party of Vietnam.
In his directive speech at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, President of the Corporation’s Trade Union, not only congratulated the elite masses chosen to take part in the training but also encouraged learners to participate actively study, research, master political theoretical issues and use it as a stepping stone towards the journey to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Throughout the course, the learners were able to research and learn basic contents, including: Overview of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Platform for national construction in the transitional period to socialism, Basic contents of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, and strive to become a CPV member.
Under the guidance of Mr. Pham Thanh Hoc, Deputy Head of Hanoi Commission for Propaganda and Education, and the lecturers, the students completed a comprehensive study and research program on five topics according to the curriculum of Fostering Party awareness (used in business parties outside the state sector in Hanoi) of Hanoi Commission for Propaganda and Education. with lessons learned from practice and write post-training harvest reports. Besides, the learners had the opportunity to reflect on their practical experiences and submit post-training reports.
In addition to effectively carrying out production and business tasks, the Party Committee of the Corporation places great importance on party building, particularly the training of new party members in order to strengthen the Vinaconex Party Committee, making it a prominent Party Committee under Municipal Party Committee and the entire country. It serves as a driving force in developing the Corporation into a strong national economic corporation in the construction, real estate investment, and financial investment, contributing more to the development of Hanoi Capital and the country as a whole.
