Following the memorandum of understanding (MOU), the parties have agreed to collaborate and exchange experiences in researching key transport infrastructure projects in Hanoi, focusing on two specific projects.
1. The investment project to build the Tu Lien bridge and road from Tu Lien bridge to Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway.
2. The investment project to build urban railway line No. 5, section Van Cao - Ngoc Khanh - Lang - Hoa Lac..
During the ceremony, leaders of Pacific Construction Group and Vinaconex Corporation expressed gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the Capital's development through the Pacific - Vinaconex Joint Venture. They also believed that the joint venture's current capacity and experience would enable it to fully meet legal requirements for project participation, creating projects while ensuring the safety, quality, efficiency, and adherence to schedule.
