REGULAR MEETING OF VINACONEX CORPORATION’S STANDING PARTY COMMITTEE

On October 18, 2024, the Standing Committee of Vinaconex Corporation's Party Committee held its regular October meeting, presided over by Party Secretary Dao Ngoc Thanh.

The committee engaged in a democratic discussion, reaching consensus on crucial points related to Party development and preparations for the upcoming 2025-2030 Congress, which included:

• Approval of September 2024 Party Activities and the main objectives for October 2024.
• Approval of Document List for the 6th Congress of the Vinaconex Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
• Approval of the Draft Agenda for the 6th Congress of the Vinaconex Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
• Approval of the Publicity Plan to implement Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 from the Central Committee, Plan No. 258-KH/TU dated July 15, 2024 from the Hanoi Municipal Committee, and Plan No. 136-KH/DU dated July 25, 2024 fromVinaconex’s
• Party Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
• Approval of selecting the Party Committee of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 (Vinaconex1) as the organizing unit for the grassroots congress and established a working group to supervise this process under the Corporation’s direct authority.
• Approval of establishing seven working groups of the Corporation’s Party Committee to oversee the congresses of grassroots Party Committees for the 2025-2030 term. 
• Approval of the principles and theme of the 6th Congress of the Corporation’s Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring a clear framework for the Congress Document Subcommittee in drafting, refining, and securing necessary approvals
• Approval of the General Outline and structure of the Political Report to be presented at the 6th Congress of the Corporation’s Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term
• Approval of member assignments for the Congress Document Subcommittee and set timelines for task completion. 

These decisions establish a foundation for coherent and unified Party works, reinforcing the Party organization’s role within the enterprise and supporting the growth of the Vinaconex brand while enhancing operational efficiency.
