VINACONEX HOLDS 2026 TRAINING CONFERENCE ON BRAND IDENTITY, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

In response to the 2026 Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), VINACONEX organized a training conference on brand identity, occupational safety, and environmental management on May 30, 2026, held in both in-person and online formats.

The conference brought together Chairman of the Board Nguyen Xuan Dong; General Director Pham Thai Duong; Deputy General Director Nguyen Khac Hai; Trade Union President Nguyen Quoc Huy; Youth Union Secretary Hoang Thieu Bao; along with leaders of functional departments and safety engineers from across VINACONEX.

The event was honored to feature Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, and President of the Vietnam National Trade Union of Building Workers who attended and delivered keynote remarks.

In his opening address, Chairman Nguyen Xuan Dong noted that VINACONEX ranks among the top construction enterprises and has every foundation to climb to number one. He called on all units to step up their safety and environmental practices, enhance brand identity, and accelerate digital transformation to improve operational efficiency, competitiveness, ultimately better pay and benefits for employees.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong acknowledged and commended VINACONEX's efforts in building a safe, civilized, and professional working environment. He also encouraged employees to keep studying and applying knowledge to practical work.

Addressing the event, General Director Pham Thai Duong noted that while progress has been made in safety, environmental hygiene, and brand identity, implementation across units remains uneven. The Corporation will ramp up inspections and performance reviews to drive more consistent results. He also urged every employee to proactively renew their mindset, raise awareness, and gear up for the demands of the new development phase.

To encourage and share with workers laboring day and night on construction sites, the Corporation's Trade Union presented support gifts to grassroots unions for Workers' Month and the summer heat season, with a total budget of nearly VND 514 million. This annual activity reflects the Trade Union's dedication for union members and employees, while helping to spread the spirit of unity, responsibility, and VINACONEX's corporate culture.

The conference focused on essential topics, including legal frameworks and key safety considerations, incident and accident response skills, and how to consistently apply VINACONEX's brand identity across all projects. A series of internal communications videos, V-Safety, was also introduced as a visual tool to help embed safety culture throughout the system.
