Following directives from the Central Committee and Plan No. 284-KH/TU, dated November 29, 2024, by the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, the Corporation's Standing Party Committee on December 16, 2024 held a Conference, both in-person and online, to study and disseminate the guiding ideology and key orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam for the new era of national development.

Along with standing members of the Corporation's Party Committee, Members of the Party Committee Executive Committee, and cadres and party members from boards under the Corporation's Party Committee, representatives from grassroots Party cells based at the VINACONEX Building, No. 34 Lang Ha street, Dong Da district, Hanoi, Standing Committee of the Trade Union, Youth Union of the Corporation; Executive Committee of the Trade Union, Youth Union of the Corporation’s headquarters.
The conference was connected to over 70 online locations, allowing cadres and party members from grassroots Party organizations nationwide to participate.
The conference aimed to raise awareness among Party members and employees across the Corporation about the organization, dissemination, and strict adherence to the objectives, requirements, and directives outlined in Plan No. 284-KH/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee. It also sought to provide in-depth understanding of the guiding ideology and major orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam for the new era - the era of national rise; fostering unity in thought and action among officials, Party members, union members, and employees throughout the Corporation's political system; building high collective consensus and drive efforts to contribute to the growth and progress of both the Capital and the nation.
In his opening speech at the Conference, Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Party Secretary and Chairman of VINACONEX Corporation’s Strategy Council underlined the significance of the conference as the starting point of a key political activity period for the Corporation’s Party Committee (from December 2024 to February 2025). In particular, VINACONEX as a non-state-owned enterprise with a distinctive functioning Party organization, Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh called on cadres and Party members within the VINACONEX system to embrace their responsibilities, reinforcing their role as the political core to promote solidarity and unity while steering the Corporation’s production and business activities forward. He also urged continued efforts in Party-building activities, striving to become a model Party organization within the non-state-owned enterprise sector of Hanoi, as well as educating Party members and cadres to thoroughly understand the contents of the New Era outlined by the Party.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, presented critical contents, including the concept and framework for defining the goals of the new era—an era of national rise; aspects such as the objectives of this development phase, the timeline marking its commencement, and so on.
To ensure the effective implementation of the Party's guiding ideology and major orientations of the Central Party and General Secretary To Lam for the New Era—the Era of National Rise, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, on behalf of the Corporation’s Standing Party Committee, outlined the following key directives for Party committees, mass organizations, and affiliated units:
Following a period of focused and intensive discussions, the conference successfully provided participants with a clear understanding of key ideas and translated them into actionable strategies. These efforts have reinforced VINACONEX’s position as a model Party organization within the non-state enterprise sector, while contributing to the Capital and the Nation's development into a new era of rise.
