On June 16, 2023, the Party Committee of the Corporation held a conference to review the Party's work during the first half of the year and to implement key tasks during the second half of 2023. The Conference was attended and presided over by Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Corporation's Board of Directors.

During the conference, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Corporation’s Party Committee presented a preliminary report on the execution of Party building work. According to the report, in the first half of 2023, Vinaconex Corporation faced challenges due to domestic and international economic and political fluctuations. However, with the strong unity, proactive, flexible leadership, and management of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, Vinaconex Corporation has managed to overcome those obstacles and maintained the Party building and development, as well as effective production and business on three cores: construction, real estate investment, and financial investment; upholding the brand name and reputation. The Party Committee of the Corporation has continued affirming the role and position of the Party organization in the enterprise, improved production and business efficiency, and contributed to developing the Vinaconex brand and culture;
The Corporation’s Party Committee has kept guiding and directing the proper, creative, and prompt implementation of the resolutions and working programs, as well as successfully organized the 6th Trade Union Congress (the upper-level congress of the Vietnam National Union of Building Workers) and participated in coordinating the construction of national key projects in line with the direction of the Government including Bidding packages for the North-South Expressway project (Dau Giay - Ha Giang section; Mai Son - National Highway 45 section; Phan Thiet - Vinh Hao section); Project of Terminal T2 at Phu Bai - Hue airport; taking part in tenders, winning bids, and implementing new projects to secure jobs and stabilize the lives of employees and party members throughout the system.
To successfully implement the work program in 2023 and the 2020-2025 term, the Corporation’s Party Committee has decided on key tasks for the last 6 months of 2023. These tasks include well performing missions and public programs, effectively executing digital transformation, utilizing information technology for data management of party members, and extensively applying it in all aspects of the Corporation's production and business activities. Additionally, there will be a focus on innovating activities of mass organizations in the non-state enterprises, taking care of the well-being of union members and employees, organizing various activities of emulation movement, art and sport events to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Corporation's establishment (September 27, 1988 - September 27, 2023); promoting unity and communication between employees and leaders in Vinaconex Corporation.
Additionally, during the conference, the delegates actively engaged in discussions, delivered speeches, shared ideas, and proposed solutions to fulfill the political tasks for the last 6 months of 2023. As for the planning of the event to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Vinaconex's establishment and the 5th anniversary of the Corporation's transition into the non-state enterprise, the delegates expressed strong agreement and a desire for the Corporation to organize a commemorative, meaningful program that embodies the Solidarity - Unity - Love - Sincerity - Pride - Humanity values for Vinaconex employees.
In his concluding speech, Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Corporation’s BOD, highly praised the achievements of Vinaconex’s Party Committee in the first half of 2023. To fulfill tasks of the last 6 months well, Mr. Thanh proposed that the Party Committee, Board of Directors, socio-political organizations, branches, and unit leaders, along with Party members, shall continue to demonstrate their pioneering and exemplary roles in task performance, plan development, task assignment, and inspection so that production and business plans, as well as the Party building work can be well completed; launching patriotic emulation movements and held meaningful, and practical cultural and sports activities to make the Corporation's 35th anniversary exciting and enjoyable, actively contributing to the development of the Corporation to become a powerful national economic corporation in the field of construction - real estate investment and financial investment. This will benefit shareholders and enhance the quality of life for employees, contributing more and more to the country and Capital/./
