On the afternoon of January 14, Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the progress of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project Phase 1 in Ha Giang province. VINACONEX, the contractor for package No. 03-XL (from Km 0+00 to Km 12+500), is proud to be contributing to this vital infrastructure project.
Accompanying the delegation were Ms. Ha Thi Minh Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders from relevant departments and authorities.
According to the investor's report, construction progress is on schedule for the handed-over site. The total completed work value has surpassed VND 1 trillion, representing 46% of the total contract value.
The Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway comprises three construction packages: Package No. 03-XL (Km 0+00 to Km 12+500) has reached 53.5% of its contract value, Package No. 04-XL (Km 12+500 to Km 19+120) stands at 44.8%, and Package No. 05-XL (Km 19+120 to Km 27+480) has achieved 38.8% completion.
On behalf of the VINACONEX Contractor, Deputy Director of the VINACONEX Project Management Board No. 3 Nguyen Viet Dung (the contractor of package No. 03-XL from Km0+00 - Km12+500) reported on the construction progress to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation, detailing site clearance, construction organization, and progress on road, bridge, culvert, and underpass works. Despite harsh weather conditions and lingering effects of historical Yagi storm damage, VINACONEX has completed 53% of the contract value and continues to accelerate construction efforts. Prioritizing safety and quality, the contractor remains dedicated to delivering the package on time, playing a crucial role in the project's overall success.
After the site inspection, Chairman Phan Huy Ngoc highly appreciated the responsibility and professionalism of the project teams. He asked both the investor and contractor to ensure the construction progresses on schedule.
As the Year of 2025 approaches, Chairman Phan Huy Ngoc presented meaningful gifts, and extended his best wishes to the engineers and workers contributing to the project.
