BIDV PROVIDES DIRECT FINANCING FOR HOMEBUYERS AT VERA DIAMOND CITY

BIDV (one of Vietnam’s Big Four state-owned banks) has officially become the direct credit sponsor for individual homebuyers at the VERA DIAMOND CITY project, invested by VINACONEX in Mong Cai City.

On June 20, 2025, VINACONEX Corporation and BIDV – Ha Dong Branch signed a credit financing agreement for the Vera Diamond City project.

Under this agreement, individual buyers of residential properties at Vera Diamond City will be offered attractive loan packages, with interest rates starting as low as 5.5% per annum, and the developer will also support buyers with interest-free financing for the first 18 months.

Vera Diamond City boasts a “diamond location” on Hoa Binh Avenue, Hai Hoa Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province, between two major trade and tourism gateways - Mong Cai International Border Gate and Bac Luan II Border Gate. Spanning a total area of 48.8 hectares, the master-planned project will deliver 637 units, including townhouses, shophouses, and villas, making it a notable investment opportunity in 2025.
