HANDOVER THE 1ST MAINTENANCE FUND OF BOHEMIA RESIDENT APARTMENT BUILDING

On March 29, 2023, Bohemia Crystal Hanoi Company Limited held the handover ceremony of the 1st Maintenance Fund of Bohemia Resident Apartment Building to the Building Management Board.
The ceremony was conducted with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, Head of the Building Management Board, and members of the Board.
Representing Bohemia Crystal Hanoi Company Limited - the project investor was Mr. Nguyen Tien Khanh, General Director, in attendance.
In his address at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tien Khanh, General Director of Bohemia Crystal Hanoi Co., Ltd. expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Management Board and the residents of the apartment building, who have continuously supported and accompanied the project. He also mentioned that, based on the ongoing progress made by the Management Board and the Investor, the Investor is temporarily unable to fully hand over the maintenance funds as required by law. In order to ensure the optimal management and operation of the Bohemia Resident apartment building, the parties have reached an agreement to hand over the 1st Maintenance Fund (which has been established by the Investor in an Agreement on Deposit at BIDV Bank - Thanh Xuan Branch) to the Management Board. The value of this fund is VND 9,828,204,644 (including principal and accrued interest)

On behalf of the residents at the project, Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang - Head of the Board of Management of Bohemia Resident Apartment Building expressed sincere gratitude to Bohemia Crystal Hanoi Co., Ltd., the esteemed investor of the project, for their investment and construction of high-quality projects at reasonable prices. He also made a commitment to responsibly manage and utilize the maintenance fund of the shared area of the building in accordance with the applicable laws.

In fact, the management of apartment buildings after their completion has recently revealed some shortcomings in various areas of Hanoi city. Particularly, the supervision of maintenance funds has led to several conflicts among the investor, the Management Board, and the residents that have unfortunately prolonged the legal complaints.
Therefore, Bohemia Crystal Hanoi Co., Ltd., ensured a methodical and transparent handover of a portion of the maintenance fund for the shared areas of the Bohemia Resident Apartment Building to prevent any conflicts or disputes, showcasing the professionalism and prestige of both the investor and Vinaconex brand name.
