Disclosure of information regarding the Decision by the HCMC Stock Exchange (HOSE) to amend the listing registration and VINACONEX's registration for trading date of additional shares

To: Shareholders of VINACONEX Corporation,

On August 25, 2026, VINACONEX Corporation received Decision No. 675/QD-SGDHCM dated August 24, 2026, from the HCMC Stock Exchanges (HOSE) to amend the listing registartion.Pursuant to this Decision, on August 25, 2026, VINACONEX Corporation submitted Registration Letter No. 2954/2026/CV-QLGS to HOSE, requesting the trading date for the additional VCG shares.

In compliance with Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Finance regarding information disclosure on the securities market, VINACONEX Corporatioon hereby discloses the aforementioned information.
